Turning chaos into opportunity

By the way, I made this transformation journey myself. Stressful life changing events and long-standing discontent combined to create an opportunity to rethink my life. Besides this, I knew that my regular job wasn't what I was all about or wanted to create in this world. Once I fully accepted and was ready to change, I actually became more effective at work and elsewhere. I learned how to honor and integrate all my different selves into a greater, happier whole. The "it" for me, of course, became life coaching. The Chinese symbol for chaos is the same as for opportunity. We can decide which side of the coin to spend.

Being driven is not enough; be the driver, not the passenger in your life

Welcome to my blog!

You're a professional woman. You've got some measure of success in your life. But you're still not happy - why? Are you a human doing day after day or a human being reveling in your moment(s)? Are you selling out by spending too much time and energy in the material world while cheating yourself in the personal world?

What if you could transform your life? (By the way, it's NEVER too late to reclaim and reinvent yourself.)

I’m a life strategist for women who say, “This is great but it’s not me. I’m still not happy.” or “This isn’t quite it.” I help them find, go after, and achieve their “it.”

What is a life strategist?

It’s also known as life coaching. Coaching is a creative, guided partnership to help you improve your performance, reach your potential, and enhance your overall quality of life.

From the movie, "Tuck Everlasting" - Don't be afraid of dying; be afraid of a life unlived.
